Paolo is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Argus Asset Management.

Paolo created the company upon seeing a fundamental inefficiency in the way many property owners were operating their investments.

"Property owners often miss opportunities to maximize the potential of their investments, and open themselves up to a slew of liability. A knowledge gap in the current regulations and industry practices kept them up at night. To me, that no longer made their investment a passive source of income."

Growing up in real estate and property management, Paolo has spent his entire life learning the 'ins and outs' of real estate investing. A Southern California native, Paolo attended St. Francis High School. He presented to the California Senate Education Committee as a delegate for the student advisory board on legislation in education, and played a role in the passage of Senate Bill 1422, which was signed into law by then Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. He was a Student Ambassador to the International Tournament of Roses, and given the honor of hosting "T.V. corner" during the New Years Day Rose Parade. Paolo graduated as Class President, in the top 10% of his class, and went on to study at UCLA, earning his bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Environmental Systems and Society. While earning that degree, Paolo continued to work in his family business, handling the operational aspects of property management.

After college, Paolo attended Rutgers Law School. He received the top award given to incoming law students - the dean's academic promise award - citing his dedication to running his family's business with his continued desire to pursue law. He remained in the top of his class before transferring to and receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. He then clerked for one of the most prominent construction and real estate litigation firms in California, gaining exposure to transactional and litigation practice, alternative dispute resolution, and construction development. He worked briefly in Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions before returning to his family's business in real estate and property management.

Paolo is active in domestic violence prevention and helps victims obtain temporary restraining orders. He is also a court-trained mediator, having completed a Municipal Court Mediation program in addition to Landlord-Tenant Mediation. He founded Argus Asset Management in 2021.
